25th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Just know if you rent with them, your life will be difficult if you need help. This place does not care about you as a person and your needs at all. Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.

Nadine Bevis was the sales manager who managed the whole process very professionally, from beginning to end. I was always able to contact her when I needed to. Nothing was too much trouble, and she gave me plenty of time on the phone to answer my questions. She was reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and kept me updated and well informed, every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to get my sale to completion for which I am extremely thankful. I would not hesitate to instruct her as my agent in the future.

25th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I thought I should update my initial review based on my experience.<br><br>Objectively, the property management team has been quite disappointing in terms of communication. Several emails, including those sent during my tenancy, went unanswered. On one occasion, they promised to resolve an outstanding request within a specified timeframe but failed to do so. Repeated telephone calls also went unanswered.<br><br>Overall, my experience with their responsiveness and fulfilment of commitments has been far from satisfactory.

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
