Oliver worked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork straightforward, and handed over the keys without any hassle. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient, and I felt well supported at every step. 11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
