Hello I just came from a book view who I should to have 20 minutes ago...my wife called 3 days ago to booking a view everything good ,today she called 2 different people to give us the number definitely they give the wrong number 22 was 59, they send us at this house and when we was there this guy told us we can't go inside because my name is not on the list...So the office is for nothing, I don't know what they do, the worst agency who I see. I want it to put less than 1 star but I can't.Btw today 25 07 19 / 31°° degrees and I'm with my wife and my daughter she has 1 month.GOOD JOB CONNELS ESTATE AGENTS. I have recently purchased an apartment through Dixons, they are both efficient and pleasant to deal with. The team is very knowledgeable and ensured a smooth sale process from start to finish. Will definitely come back to them in the future!
We recently bought a flat in Birmingham city centre through Dixons. Services provided are extremely poor, they make you feel vulnerable and you have no power at all as a buyer. They are trying to get as much money as possible from you and you cannot rely on anything they say. We had to seek for legal advice and even speak to Citizens Advice Bureau and ask for assistance during all the process just because you can never rely on what they say. The whole process was a nightmare, even though we were first time buyers (we had an advantage) with good credit score and other conditions related to the purchase of a property and that is due to Dixons unprofessional staff 100%. We had even been blackmailed by them to pay an unreasonable fee for the apartment we rented through their parent company, Accord Lets, using as an excuse that if we do not pay the fee on a specific date the homeowner of the flat we were about to buy “might change his mind” and decide not to sell it to us. And all these a week before the arranged completion date.
You should be careful if you decide to buy through them and be competent in understanding and enhancing your Rights as a buyer. Definitely not recommended.
Having experienced three different Birmingham managing agents I can honestly say Wolfs are the best. My contact James is efficient and helpful. He keeps in close contact when necessary and responds to any issues raised efficiently and effectively. They have some good contractors whom they work closely with and any work done is of a high standard. They visit regularly to keep on top of any issues and are approachable and friendly.
Really awful, they strongly said the property has been cleaned but everything was dirty. It's a low quality company and I just been pushed away when need help

Moved in on 31 August 2018, today is the 26 September 2018 and we still don't have blinds fitted in a new build, furnished rental. Initially signed with Lamont & Co and then passed on to Click Lettings due to a de-merger of the two companies. Zero contact from either company regarding the fitting of our blinds (living in a flat with floor to ceiling windows), even after numerous phone calls and emails from myself and my partner. Terrible customer service! Maybe someone will reply to me when they see this review? Tanya, Tony?
Asset Residential have been managing our property for more than 10 years. They are always helpful professional and above all, as a landlord, they look after my interests and tenants. Problems are dealt with in a timely fashion, and my duty of care is upheld and honoured. I would recommend Gareth and the team to both landlords and tenants alike. Keep up the good work.
Shocking agency avoid, they have a ton of hidden costs and bill you whenever possible. Also their emergency line isn't actually ever available and the customer service is a joke. Avoid this CON of a company
I would definitely recommend Steward Oliver agency! Apart from their professionalism and great communication, they were always available for my requests and questions. With an unbelievable professionalism, they always helped me and they provided the best services I could ever asked for!
Even 1 star is too complimentary of a rating for Stewart Oliver. I will keep this very brief.
- Their staff is unwitting, fruitless and ignorant
- They rarely responded to my phone calls, let alone my emails in relation to issues I had with the flat itself i.e hoover, bed etc.
- I gave the flat back in perfect condition but they still took a fair deal of my deposit.
- But my biggest issue with their service is their total and utter lack of responsibility. After the end of my tenancy which was (16th of September 2017) they carelessly did not inform their new tenants that they need to pay their own electricity bill.
- Still having me listed under the billing information I had been charged £233 from the end of my tenancy until the 16th of January 2018.
- The idiocy of this organisation is quite astounding to say the least.
