4th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Worst service experienced from Dixon Erdington. Those who are trying to rent or buy, please keep in mind that they will ditch you at last moment. They will not even say the exact reason for the issue and they will waste our time.

Was very efficient with no stress. I was updated throughout and presented with a nice gift upon completion. I certainly would recommend.

He was professional, made us very welcome and caring, talked my daughter through everything, even gave me daughter some very good "fatherly" advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Bash. Thank you so much Bash for getting my daughter the house she wanted without any hassle or hiccups. Bash, we both want to thank for all your help and my daughter thanks you from the bottom of heart for the "fatherly" advice which she has taken on board and us helping her more than you'll ever know. Whenever I've popped into their office, it's been a friendly and welcoming environment. I recently bought my first property through them and I'm definitely looking forward to doing more business with them. I highly recommend their services!
19th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I rented a house from them, everything was fine, but after a year, mold and a damp smell appeared in the house. I turned to them, and they said that they would solve this problem themselves, although this is their task. As a result, we decided to just move out and found another house. Fortunately, at least the deposit was returned.
29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)As I can't reply to your reply I'll write another I was told 10 minutes late then the turn up past 11 I've no need to lie about the shocking service I received I offer you five hundred advance you wanted 3 months advance of three months deposit then almost 500 extra for your own charges, service was horrendous customer service skills was non existent yet you reply like I'm in the wrong the place is a joke let's hope everyone reads your other people reviews before using such a shocking service provider just goes to show anyone can open a business and call themselves professionals isn't it your review score says it all where as my business reviews are 5* but yeah I'm making it up about the horrendous service you lot provide

Double thumbs up and I’d like to think that with the way Ryan has dealt with me in that time that the other members of staff would also be at the same level, however I choose to stick with Ryan and deal with him directly.
