13th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative property management services. Not trustworthy and not recommended.

They were professional, supportive, and always kept me updated at every stage of the process. Their communication was excellent, and they were always approachable and helpful whenever I had questions. They made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable. I really appreciate all their hard work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly amazing.

When we hit a problem during the process Cary’s helped to escalate the issue and provided advice and assurance. I would highly recommended her services.

They managed my tenanted property successfully for some time, provided a great valuation, and then secured a buyer quickly. They are professional, easy to contact, and tell it like it is. For anyone looking for reliable, 'all-in-one' property experts, look no further than the team at Arden.

23rd May 2026 (21 days ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Their communication and support have been excellent throughout, and we have been very happy renting through them. Highly recommended.

6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)The service provided by Manny Klarico from viewing all the way upto referencing and tenancy agreement help was exceptional. I want to particularly thank the lettings manager Callie Walker who was especially patient and very co operative throughout the whole process. She made things much easier and from the point of contact of viewing was particularly helpful. Could not have found our families beautiful home without her assistance. The admin and office was also very helpful - both Ali and Harry I believe!

Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.

3rd Jun 2026 (10 days ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.
