31st Oct 2025 (14 weeks ago)Communication okay, Simon and Emily were absolutely wonderful-others not so great! On one occasion we had a viewing that we made arrangements for and was called 10 minutes before to be cancel all because the agent was running late and mixed up her diary, was also super unprofessional! We have eventually sold for 10k lower than asked for but had 3 viewings in 8 weeks.

This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

5th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

The advice we received was clear, honest, and incredibly supportive, and we felt looked after at every stage. Choosing the auction route was the best decision we made, it ensured a fast completion and didn’t cost us a penny. Communication was excellent throughout, with full transparency from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Martin and the team at Crown Estates highly enough; they were professional, efficient, and genuinely caring, making the whole journey truly five-star.

They went above and beyond for me, not just once, but twice — after my first buyers unfortunately fell through. From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. When the initial sale collapsed, they didn’t miss a beat. They reassured me, relisted the property quickly, kept me fully informed, and worked tirelessly to secure new buyers. The property sold the day it was re-listed!! Their determination, communication, and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. Communication is outstanding, set up a ground whatsapp and kept me up to date through the process and checked in regularly, which is hugely appreciated ???? Will and Jordan were always available to answer questions, offer honest advice, and keep things moving forward. It truly felt like they were as invested in selling my house as I was. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, the sale was successfully completed in the end. If you’re looking for estate agents who are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and who have amazing senses of humour, W&J Estate Agents are the team you want. Wasn't easy losing the chain twice however Taylforths and Ruby in particular was proactive in getting the house remarketed and a new buyer within days. Highly recommend.

Tom has a lot of knowledge and experience. The property went live and within 3 days we had an offer on the house. We had a smooth transition from start to finish.
