24th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)Had a valuation book they did not turn up but most annoying they did not advise me that they were not honouring the booking despite having my contact phone no and email very unprofessional outfit and despite the fact that I was interested in a property on there books I will not be dealing with this company again feel sorry for the seller as I'm a cash buyer with funds in place

24th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)They do not return there calls as promised when you ask for an update , tried calling 6 times over two days and no one answered or returned my messages, very disappointed with the branch manager Ben who does not return his calls !!!
22nd May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord

They kept us informed at all stages, were prompt with replying to our queries & we felt fully supported & appreciated their patience with the whole house sale. Highly recommended
18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

My parents are selling their house because they must, not because they want to. Slater Brooking made a stressful situation bearable. They are both kind, compassionate, helpful and efficient. The house sold quickly and for that we're grateful. Highly recommended!
