8th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

9th Dec 2019 (4 years ago)In this ever uncertain market it can be difficult and daunting to sell a property, especially when your circumstances dictate the sale more than your intentions to sell. However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. All the staff at Yourmove in Keighley were very helpful and very understanding. I would highly recommend GetAgent and Yourmove in Keighley! Thank you again Yourmove, great service and advice!
29th May 2021 (3 years ago)This is the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to suffer. I made offers over the asking price and three weeks later I have not any reply. Avoid these people at all costs.

2nd Jul 2023 (1 year ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn

Still have property, ceiling is falling in in kitchen, taps don't work, damp in house, told landlord over and over and over again and nothing is getting done. So taking the matter further now as Jigsaw and the house landlord are showing they ain't interested in how it's effective on my health or wellbeing. Solicitor and newspapers are next step.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

If you need an estate agent to get the job done, but also to be understanding of your personal circumstances, Leightons are big enough to handle it but small enough to care. 11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)After agreement on a rental I found myself losing the property on a flagged up CCJ that was around £400. I honestly didnt realise I had one. I paid a holding fee of £143... in the terms you lose this should anything crop up. I was disappointed and felt they could have asked for me to pay up the CCJ and the agreed terms would be still acceptable. Instead it was a total blank by the landlord you are not now been accepted. So been disappointed I sent an email. I offered to pay off the CCJ and pay a month's rent in advance. They went back to the landlord and the term's offered were changed to such an extent they wanted a guarantor and £720 deposit plus the CCJ to be paid today. Obviously money grabbing and making the term's very difficult to do within the time scale needed. Please becareful and make sure you don't have a CCJ you know nothing about. Giving some money over and it not been returned to me is how these organisations make extra money. Legalised crooks

13th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.

20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
