13th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Terrible agent, shown up for how poor they were by the quality of every other agent in our purchase chain. Our vendor, who was using their services, views them as dreadful, our own agent who had to deal with them complained of exactly the same slow and unhelpful service that we had. On completion, initially didn't even know it had happened, completely hopeless, miserable experience and didnt even have keys to hand over, with no attempt to resolve matters. The vendor was an elderly client and got entirely insufficient support from them. If it were not for our proactive solicitors arranging for keys direct from the vendor, no doubt we would still be waiting to move in. 0 Stars isn't an option, so 1 star it is.
13th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)The only element of concern was the property was valued too high and I had to reduce on a couple of occasions and then accepted an offer lower than the reduction.
12th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Tom was truly exceptional, and together with Mike and Paula, they were the Dream Team. We were impressed throughout the process by their level of knowledge, kindness and professionalism. In all our years of buying and selling houses we have never received this level of support and outstanding service - prompt updates, considered advice, superb communication, all leading to a sale. A huge thank you.

I spoke with Andrew and went in to meet him and Eleanor, both I have to say were totally 'on it'. Really professional approach, this has taken so much stress away from the whole situation. We had a glitch halfway through the process, but it was sorted. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

I have been with them for the past two months and I am very happy with their professionalism and support, especially from Lucy, who has been incredibly helpful with all my inquiries. They offer affordable house shares, respond promptly to maintenance issues, and always keep tenants updated, even regarding minor inconveniences. Their communication and customer service have been outstanding throughout my experience. Highly recommended!!!
