5th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

16th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We really could not fault Ben and the team at Lancasters. The service they provided throughout the sale of our property was nothing short of exceptional. The amount of time and effort put in by the whole team to ensure the sale ran as smoothly as possible was commendable. Our property sold within 3 weeks of it being on the market which is all down to the team going above & beyond, which far exceeded expectations. From my initial meeting with Ben it was evident Lancasters were the right Estate Agent for us. His expertise and knowledge of local market trends proved invaluable to ensure we were marketing our property at the right price. A big thank you to Anita who worked tirelessly with the countless viewings. Her experience in negotiating also ensured we were offered the best price. Also thanks to Jason for the continued communication, who along with Anita showed such a high level of respect for our property during viewings (turning lights off upon leaving, making sure shoes were removed etc etc) During finalisation (conveyance and completion) Emma’s continued communication between the purchasers, solicitors and ourselves ensured we were navigated through this part of the process with ease. She provided regular updates and advice to ensure everything remained on track, despite a few obstacles along the way regards the chain we were in. Myself and my husband shall be eternally grateful for all your hard work, professionalism and honesty. Lancasters deliver what they promise.. and more.

From my first meeting with Jamie who came to value my home and I decided there and then I would go with them due to his knowledge and professionalism. The photos he took were by far the best I've seen and his advice was invaluable. Everything was online so quickly and my first viewings were within two days. They assisted on the vast majority of the viewings too which was a huge help. I had numerous offers and I sold within no time. A very special thanks to Pauline who held my hand the whole way through to completion as I has not moved house in almost 32 years. She was so responsive and patient. Amazing service. Kate was excellent too who stepped in keeping me updated in Pauline's absence. I can't thank all of them enough.
19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

(2 reviews)12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.
