Chris came round and valued the house and got us all set up again he was really helpful and explained the process throughly. Kate was really helpful with mortgage advice. We would definitely recommend Entwistle Green to anyone selling their house.

I recently sold my rental property and I was seriously impressed with the knowledge and advice provided by Chris, all delivered with a personal touch. Once the property was ready to market, Chris and the team secured a number of offers within a couple of weeks, and again, he was always available to provide advice on which offer to accept. Throughout the sale process Chris and Jade kept me informed along the way, ensuring the whole transaction went through smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough - great value for money!

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Initially instructed Cardwells to sell the flat however the photos taken were poor and we did not get much interest We decided to instruct Cardwells as the agent was very enthusiastic and likeable- however our instincts were wrong and we had to change agents.
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I recently sold my property with Ryder & Dutton, Heywood branch. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Starting with Fran Whittle who came out to to do the initial valuation with her obvious experience and knowledge of the local market, which is the most important aspect of selling a house. She also did the photographs and write up and it was listed online within just a few days. From that point on I dealt with Megan D’Angelillo at the local branch who was just excellent in every aspect of her position. She moved to another branch shortly after and Jenna Henley took over, who was also excellent, extremely efficient, professional and with great communication. They have perfected their process and they execute so well, both individually and as a Team. I received multiple, daily emails about viewings which happened immediately the house was listed, which they also handled for me. I had multiple offers within the first week and Jenna was on the ball at all times until we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Once we agreed with the buyer, the transaction went as quickly as their bank would allow. Jenna kept me informed every step of the way, I never had to call once to ask for updates, she preempted any question before I even asked. It’s rare to get such service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It becomes very apparent that using your local estate agent who has known the local area for so many years is a must for viewings and communication. I also used a solicitor they are not connected to but are familiar with due to their long, established network of local vendors, which made communication flow much better than had I introduced a random, unknown solicitor. This just added to the efficiency. I had no issues at all. Had there been any I would rather have a local company on my side than a random online company who have no connection or attachment to the area. I can recommend Ryder & Dutton without hesitation, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Big thanks to Fran, Megan and Jenna, you were totally awesome!

Dan, Brendan, Rita, Shiv all helped with the process and achieved the desired goal. A special thank you to Shiv for all the hard work , he is truly an asset to the company. Many thanks will definitely recommend anyone who wants there property sold or rented ????
18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Used Hills for quite a complex sale, came across various hurdles and quite a lot of what felt like dead ends. Taylor always remained calm and professional but added a nice touch of friendliness that made us feel we weren’t just “another sale”. Always taking my bajillion calls and answering my constant emails. Taylor made a difficult and at some points what felt like a never ending sale happen. I also liked the fact that Chris jumped in if Taylor was dealing with another client. Always fully briefed and knew our situation. Thank you both for finalising our sale and for keeping me sane! Highly recommend

They were so hands on, helpful, proactive and kept us fully informed of interest levels and viewings. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. We had previously put the sale in the hands of a larger estate agent! The service was nowhere near the same level and nothing materialised. 19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)Imagine going through a horrific crime and assault and then being kicked out because it “looks bad” to have the police over to take an account of what happened. Not only was my friend in a vulnerable position already but to be kicked out over something that wasn’t her fault is absolutely disgusting. If i could rate lower than 1 star i would. Oh and you decided to give the deposit back to the wrong person causing further harm to my friend’s wellbeing.

From the initial valuation to completion of the sale of my late in-laws home, we received a first class service from all the team. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, understanding, helpful, honest in their opinions and knowledgeable. We have no hesitation in recommending Eric Clarke for the sale of a property. The property was vacant with no chain and even though we were told to expect a lot of interest and a quick sale, we did not anticipate 3 offers within 4 days of the property being marketed. In our experience you will receive a first class service from an estate agent who really cares and knows the market.
