14th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)The staff Leese & Nagle were incredibly helpful in the sale of our property. They were professional and always on hand to assist in the process. It is well known that selling (and buying) property is a hugely stressful experience. The staff at Leese & Nagle showed extraordinary patience with our stress levels (!) and helped us cope with the process. They are also highly knowledgeable of the Clifton area, and this insight also helped in the sale of the property. Highly recommended.

3rd Jan 2020 (4 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.- 26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I went to view a property with Lisa and she was very polite and understanding and was very helpful explaining things and i liked the property very much. I have to wait until my property is sold to buy this one. Appreciate your helps Lisa.

3rd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

Hopefully this experience qualifies me in my opinion to comment on my experience dealing with Andrews Estate Agent and especially a gentleman called Richard who I believe is the Assistant Manager of the branch in Long Ashton . Richard from the onset when he went around to my property for the valuation has been very professional . To date even though we have never met face to face . His communication skills between buyer and seller is absolutely fantastic . He keeps everyone in the loop and one is updated on a regular basis . Richard is very proactive in ensuring all deadlines are met to the satisfaction of both parties. He is very diplomatic and keeps everyone on side and most significantly to meet tight deadlines. I was of the opinion before that estate agents irrespective of what company they work for can never be trusted. But Richard is an exception to that phrase- I can trust him with my life even though to date we have never met !! In my opinion He is a man of integrity , very conscientious and hard working that even on his day off, he still checks his email and respond to queries promptly. Other agencies that I have dealt with never possessed this quality which I am sure its one expects from his agent !! Selling a property can be stressful majority of the time , but Richard takes away all the stress and you can rely on him all of the time. He is very passionate of his job and that passion shines through. and I do not normally write review but because Richard is an exceptional Estate agent I would certainly recommend him highly irrespective of which company he works for . Finally even my Tenants who met him the first time when he went around for valuation of the property immediately called me to use his company and him for the sale of my property even though several other agencies had gone around there previously . I am normally very stingy with too much compliments but Richard is definitely the number 1 estate agent in my opinion in the country and you will not be disappointed in employing him and his current employer Andrews estate agent in selling your property . So go on what are you waiting for ?
