From start to finish Lee has been extremely helpful throughout the process from booking our first viewing to receiving our keys! All questions have been answered promptly and has been happy to help us throughout. Would strongly recommend his services to anyone selling their house!

4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Booked an appointment with Jack Shale to view a property in Sandwich (sarre place) at 16:30 on 4th January. However no one showed up, completely wasting my time. Very poor! If they could not attend the appointment at least have the decency to call and let me know and save me the hour journey to get there.

I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.

11th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)We purchased a property from Rafferty Pickard. As the sale progressed we wished we had used them as our selling agent. Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.
13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
25th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Contacted this estate agents about a property for rent. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
