Despite the long complex chain which involved vendors moving out of area, I believe the communication and team work skills from CR helped us achieve our goal. I highly recommend using their services, the team were always readily available and worked hard no matter the request.

17th Aug 2024 (27 days ago)Christopher Hodgson have done a fantastic job in selling my late mother's house. The staff are amazing. As soon as we instructed them they set up a date for a professional photographer and they came round took photos and a video, it was easy. Throughout the whole time they kept me up to date with regular phone calls and emails, not once did I have to chase them. I cannot recommend these guys and girls highly enough. I Thank all the staff for a seriously fantastic job. WELL DONE.

16th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Slow to get anyone interested in property at the beginning very poor advice on how to dress the property. We had to take our own decisions on improving the interior before anyone showed interest ie painting walls and woodwork, removing some furniture to make house look less cluttered and replacing damaged internal doors. Following which we had someone show interest.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time.
