Diane was always at the end of the phone and relentlessly chased the vendors and their solicitor as needed; with Erin and Andrew also being able to cover and offer the same friendliness and helpfulness in her absence. Great service for us as buyers. I have driven through Bostock Green on so many occasions and often day dreamed about living there and now I get to do that. Helen has been fantastic from letting us know it had come back on the market to the first viewing through to the handing over of the keys. Victoria and I are looking forward to spending many years living here and integrating ourselves into the local community.

We had some issues with our buyer and Suzanne was so professional and a great communicator that she made the buying process so smooth. Would highly recommend.

14th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)First time viewing a property through Northwood Sandbach and will unfortunately never be viewing properties represented by this estate agents again. I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up, called the Sandbach office twice in that time and kept being informed they were 2 minutes away which turned out to be a lie because after 40 minutes there was still a no-show, and even after I left the property I never received any contact from them to say they were there or to apologise. Completely wasted my morning/time driving up to Sandbach for nobody to show up. Poor service and unreliable so I will not be trusting this estate agents in future. The worst thing about it is that I was genuinely interested in buying the property I was viewing.

16th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)They were very friendly and know the area well. The valuation was accurate as the other agents we saw all gave the same figure. The listing looked good and generated a lot of attention, however there was no conversion of viewings to offers, and no clear reason why this was the case. I'm sure we could have left the property listed with them for longer and it would have sold eventually but we did not have the time or energy for ongoing ad hoc viewings.

4th Sep 2024 (11 days ago)I have used Northwood for both renting a property and for selling. I found both teams to be very proactive and professional. A big thank you to Sue in the Sales Office for all her help and support during our recent house sale, and to Rena for her help with renting our son's house. Both sales and rental processes were clearly explained and charges were very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate in using Northwood again!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Adam and Corrie’s professionalism is outstanding, yet they also come down the clients level to meet their needs. I have never come across such helpful and positive people in this market.
