10th Feb 2025 (14 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

5th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

The team generally have a very friendly and helpful attitude, and we found the process very smooth (after the slight blip in photos upload).

Constant communication which was great and always constructive Good ideas on selling the house. Would highly recommend and we feel they got us a good buyer in a reasonably good time frame.
9th Dec 2024 (23 weeks ago)From the first meeting with halton kelly I was very impressed with Gabrielle she instilled confidence that she would do her very best to manage viewings & sell the property for the best price.Simon then called me all the time until it was sold subject to contract he helped me all the time with his advice on the best offer .Simon who is in charge makes it his mission to give above & beyond his job & it becomes his baby he shows a genuine care & compassion whatever your circumstances of selling .We must not forget to mention the lovely Dawn who answers all your questions & makes sure your sale goes smoothly & deals with every query .I would never hesitate to recommend halton kelly to anyone & we have moved many times but this was a sale to pay for my mums care home fees .

It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

16th May 2022 (3 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Their expertise goes beyond the ordinary realms of agricultural good practice, with a team member at Rostons always able to assist no matter the issue at hand.
9th May 2025 (8 days ago)Approached House Sales Direct as I was struggling to sell my house (3 bed Semi) with my local estate agent. I received a valuation the same day and signed up. My property was sold within a month! How my existing agent couldn't do this but House Sales Direct could I don't know. Least to say I was over the moon.

Emily talked me through everything and answered any questions i had and regularly text and called with updates, she chased solicitors up to keep everything moving and gave them a nudge where needed. 11 weeks after an offer was made we completed! Emily you have been wonderful and in the future if we decide to sell again i won’t hesitate to give you a call. I will only ever recommend you guys going forward. Fantastic service and delivered everything that was expected and much more. Thank you so so much ????
