17th Feb 2026 (14 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with J Lord during what could have been an incredibly stressful move. We were purchasing a house through them, and when the original chain broke down, they were calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful while everything was being sorted. Their support made a huge difference and we eventually got our dream house.<br><br>A special mention to Mollie and Julie, who were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best outcome.<br><br>We would highly recommend J Lord to anyone buying or selling a property. We’ll definitely use them again if we ever decide to move again.

No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

24th Nov 2025 (14 weeks ago)The biggest waste of money I have ever spent, why are estate agents more expensive than solicitors? Walking in the Nantwich office is awkward, nobody looks up and addresses you until they are ready. Calling the office goes straight to answer phone, prospective buyers complained they couldn't get through to book an appointment. Floor plan wasn't even included in the price and isn't really needed in that detail. Just thankful I won't be using them again.

13th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)It was a pleasure to deal with Helen Thomas at Fisher German in relation to our renting a house. The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

9th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)From this branch, to the overall ‘countrywide’ who manage end of tenancies, I’ve only had unpleasant, negative encounters. That is if they actually bother to answer their phone or reply to your emails. They only engage if it benefits them. I have been renting for 10 years (two years with this agency) so I know very well what great agent/landlord experiences can be like. This agency enables greedy landlords, and will allow them to increase rent at very short notice, to unreasonably high rates. Six weeks before our tenancy was due to renew, we were told we either had to sign 12 months contract or risk our rent being increased. The worst of all is that they failed to disclose the fact that the landlord lives next door to the property we were renting.
