9th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)A buyer was found in a very short time and an offer made which was accepted. The whole process was quick and completed with no problems and I was consulted and informed at regular intervals. The staff were very polite and helpful. The marketing video was excellent and I think contributed to the quick sale.

They are extremely professional and also friendly and approachable throughout the process. I will definitely use their services again and I cannot recommend David Evans enough. Five stars are not enough.

27th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)I found that the feed back from the Agents was none existence regarding what the persons or personnel thought of the property after a visit and to me there seemed that there were too many cancellation visits or other excuses as to why from 3 people wanting to view the property to only one turning up.

Honestly, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and with ease. It’s rare to find an individual that cares about your needs, but Vicky did just that. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free! Really appreciated her time and energy :)
