18th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

We have been delighted with their professionalism integrity and how they add value to the Agency and conveyancing process. We have no hesitation in recommending them above any others in this area of south east London ( and I say this as a Chartered Surveyor with 40 years experience in London markets).
29th May 2026 (17 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Aaron. From the very beginning, the house was presented beautifully. The photos and video were excellent and really showed the property at its best. Aaron organised an open day which brought in over 30 viewings, and the level of interest he generated was far beyond what we expected. Most importantly, he achieved a sale at £30,000 over the asking price, which we were absolutely delighted with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron kept us fully updated and was always available whenever we needed him. One thing we particularly appreciated was that he was our sole point of contact from start to finish. He personally hosted all the viewings and dealt with everything directly, which gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel much more personal. Once the offer was accepted, everything moved incredibly quickly and we completed within 7 weeks. We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone thinking of selling. He worked extremely hard for us, communicated brilliantly, and delivered a fantastic result.

28th May 2026 (18 days ago)I have just recently used Fox Estates Agency for the sale of 2 properties mine and my late mothers and also the purchase of my new home. The team Chris, Alyson, Liam and Holly were very helpful and went over and above to make the very stressful experience as easy as possible for me. The whole team have been both very professional and also extremely compassionate when I was having to deal with the stresses during the sale of my late mother’s home, whilst coming to terms with my mum passing away. I would recommend using this business to anyone. Finally I would like to say a big thank you to you all.

18th May 2026 (28 days ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy
28th May 2026 (18 days ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home.
