From the first day we were shown a house to finish, they stood by us and are always available to let you know the true state of things. We were first time buyers with no idea of the mortgage market. They introduced us to a financial broker and solicitors who were geniuses in the mortgage market. Everything went smoothly and fast. We can't thank you enough. Great Team.

There were a few bumps along the road with the legal process, but Cathy in the sales progression team was constantly on the ball, chasing everyone and making sure we completed before Christmas. She made our transaction smooth and was always very responsive to emails, which made a huge difference throughout the process. The Branch Manager, Neil, is also incredibly helpful, they both truly go out of their way to make sure the whole experience is an enjoyable transition. We would highly recommend Robinson & Jackson, Bexleyheath, and look forward to using them again in the future. Jay

Will continue with revue when all is complete.- 17th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)We were very happy with the service that we received from Robinson Jackson. It was not a completely straight forward sale but communication was excellent with the team. We appreciated the support to eventual sale of the property and responsiveness at all times.
23rd Oct 2025 (19 weeks ago)Really professional and helpful team. Malcolm did our initial valuation and was really knowledgeable and informative. He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark
18th Feb 2026 (14 days ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

10th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Honestly had the BEST experience with Beaumont Gibbs, with extra special thanks to Luke who went ABOVE and BEYOND at every opportunity. He went out of his way to fight for us and find a way to get our offer accepted while keeping all parties happy! Answered millions of my panicked questions (some of which not even in his remit) and always took the time to explain things properly and mediate between parties with thoughtfulness and patience. He was a real anchor for us throughout the whole buying process, from mortgage questions, survey concerns, reno plans, and endless viewings, I really don't know how we would have got through it all without him. The team also work incredibly collaboratively, when Luke had days off, Paul and David were always straight on hand and knew exactly where to pick up from so that we didn't face any delays or drops in communication. I really can't thank you all enough! Would recommend this agency to EVERYONE!

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.
