They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days. We are now agreed to complete the sale of our house at a favourable price in early August.<br>Throughout the sale process we have been provided all necessary assistance by a team of professional staff including Peter, Ian, Maria, Sue and Kevin. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. We are thankful to what they have done.
18th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Traveled to view a property which was confirmed via text. Arrived and waited outside, sent a text and tried to call the office several times, no one picked up. Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to help move things forward.<br><br>Kevin is a real credit to the industry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. 24th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)When we first rented out our property through this agency two years ago, everything went smoothly, so I never expected to be writing a review like this.<br><br>After one of our tenants moved out, we requested an updated tenancy agreement. The landlord approved the change, and we were told that a new agreement would be prepared. More than three weeks later, we are still waiting.<br><br>I have contacted the agency several times by email and phone and have also left voicemail messages. On one occasion, I received a callback and was told that a response to my email was being prepared, but nothing ever arrived. Since then, there has been complete silence.<br><br>I understand that administrative work can take time, but ignoring clients for weeks without any update is simply unacceptable. A quick email or phone call would have been enough to explain the delay.<br><br>It's very disappointing to see such a significant decline in communication and customer service. Based on our recent experience, I can no longer recommend this agency.
