22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.
12th Jun 2025 (3 days ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

8th Feb 2025 (18 weeks ago)We got in touch with two agents in Dundee and Slater Hogg and Howison were by far the best. Although our property was not high end the service we received was five star. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Staff were friendly and very efficient. My first meeting with Paul, the manager, was very positive and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend this company if you want first class service.

This was my first time selling a house and it was made easy for me thanks to the great work from Ian and the rest of Martin & Co. Communication was great, the marketing was a high standard, the fees turned out to be the cheapest from all the quotes I received from various estate agents in my area, and my house was sold within 2 weeks. Overall, great value and a great service.

1st Jun 2025 (14 days ago)This is the 3rd property I have sold using the services of Rosie Fraser Real Estate in the past year. As previous, service was friendly, and professional. Of particular mention is communications which were never less than excellent, receiving regular updates, and replies to inquiries often within a few minutes. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Rosie Fraser Real Estate when selling or purchasing a property.
3rd Dec 2022 (2 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.
