She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

1st Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
11th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.
4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Amazing place! everyone was super kind and helpful. i moved in my new place within the next week. my agent is amazing to work with and totally understanding plus amazing with time management. i got my keys by the end of the week and have comfortably moved in. totally recommend place to work with. happy results!
22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.- 11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Robyn has been an absolute god send for us. Not only has her communication been phenomenal, but her interest in helping us find a place shows. Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them
