15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

1st Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.
12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

From my very first contact with Ashleigh, I was so impressed by her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help. She made the initial stages of the process straightforward and stress-free. As the sale progressed, Amy took over and was equally exceptional. Her communication was excellent, she kept me informed at every stage, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Her dedication and support gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction and her knowledge and understanding of the selling market was second to none. I would also like to thank the Home Report surveyor and the photographer, both of whom carried out their work professionally and efficiently. The quality of the marketing materials and presentation of my property was first class. A special mention should also go to the team members who conducted the viewings. Their professionalism, feedback, and communication were excellent, ensuring I was kept fully informed and helping the whole process run smoothly. Selling a property can often be a stressful experience, but thanks to the efforts of everyone involved, the process was handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism from start to finish. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone who played a part in the sale. 3rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.
