15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

1st Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
27th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Rollos St Andrews agreed to assist to put in a note of interest on a property and then purchase a property. They then declined to help for no good reason. A terrible service. I would advise to consider other options if at all possible.
3rd Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Awful dealing with my fathers estate. 1 year since my fathers passing and still not completed. Have phoned repeatedly to ask if assistance is required to finalise proceedings,but call backs dont seem to be on their remit. No property sale was involved only finacial items which we provided. I understand that my estranged brother is executor ( to which the firm was informed by myself)but a courtesy phone call wouldnt have gone amiss during our grieving to keep myself & my sister aware of proceedings.

Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.

2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

3rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.

Communication by email was always easy and efficient. A special thank you to Dawn for being so welcoming and proactive in helping me remotely, Erin for taking such great care of the viewings and welcoming potential buyers, and Ashley for always responding promptly to my questions and requests.<br><br>Overall, the whole team made me feel that my property was in very reliable and capable hands.
