14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

13th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)A poorly organised business. I called twice in the space of 7 days to try arrange a valuation. No one bothered to call back. Clearly too busy for my custom. Opted to use Graham Sibbald instead, call back within an hour and booked in.
5th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December! A brilliant team, they're friendly, professional and work to the very highest standards. If you’re thinking of selling give them a call. ????
