Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

Particular mention for Liam, who was my constant link between all parties. Liam was a constant source of knowledge and unbelievably helpful, friendly and approachable. We didn’t have the easiest journey with our solicitors and Lily was great at helping us chase up outstanding issues, I really think the sale could have fell through without her help liaising between us/the seller/the solicitors. I would definitely recommend William H Brown, our calls were always answered or messages passed on leading to quick call backs, thank you to Jared and Amelia for your support on this also! You are a welcoming and friendly team and we appreciate the support you provided :)

I found the team very helpful and professional and kept me up to date on all viewings and progress. They went over and beyond what one would expect. 8th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)Today, I went for a viewing to rent a house with Advanced Gladiators property services. After the viewing, I expressed my interest in the property and was ready to make the payment immediately.???????? However, the staff informed me that she had around a hundred more customers scheduled for viewings and that she would submit all the details to the landlord for a decision.???????? I realised that she did not seem interested in offering me the property, and I don't understand why she needs to engage with other customers after I had already committed. I am really disappointed because I took half a day off for this viewing.???????? Thank you. --- Let me know if you need any more help!

18th Mar 2024 (11 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. Our house had been on the market previously and didn’t sell after a few weeks, however Nicole sold our house in 3 days!! House sales are never easy sailing however Nicole made everything appear so smooth and straight forward. We cannot recommend her enough and will be contacting Nicole in the further when we are ready to move on. Thank you so much Nicole, you have been fantastic ????
