I received several valuation visits but felt most at ease with Liz so put my trust in her and her team. Saxton Mee, and in particular Jill and Liz, have provided a very good service throughout. They found me a buyer within 2 weeks and the sale has now been achieved. Would recommend.

12th Oct 2024 (18 weeks ago)We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Bagshaw's Estate Agents when viewing a property at Bailey's Mill in Matlock. The agent arrived 25 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, leaving us exposed to the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, agents need to communicate such delays promptly. Had we not taken the initiative to contact the office, we would have been left waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, we had repeatedly inquired about the service charge associated with the property, both in advance and the day before the viewing. Despite our requests, we received no clear information. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself was appealing, but the service provided by Bagshaw's was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient experience, both on the selling or viewing parties. We feel sorry for the vendor that such sub-par standards are being used to represent such a lovely property.
14th Dec 2024 (9 weeks ago)Don't use these to sell your house. I wont be now. Unreliable and do not know how to follow simple instructions. Gemma will cancel appointments last minute thats been booked 2 weeks prior and Isobel doesn't respond to emails.

She made sure to do things as efficiently as possible, keeping me updated throughout the process and leaving me with very little work to do myself! I’m very pleased with the tenant she accepted and will definitely continue to use the estate agent in the future:)

From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

27th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Staff are fab and really approachable. Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
