Initial phone call with Helena was a little disconcerting as she appeared to lack interests and enthusiasm, however we were on a short timescale and asked Helena to place a bid on a house we were wanting to buy. The offer date came and went, and we heard nothing. We emailed Helena to see if there was an update, but we got no response. Finally we called the estate agent and they informed us our bid was unsuccessful and she had notified Helena three weeks ago. Very disappointed with the service and will be going else where for any future business.
29th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)We reviewed a number of local Estate Agents before selectin Galbraith to market our property in Dumfries & Galloway. We weren't disappointed. Quality photos and a video were produced, and our property particulars were well written then edited to our exact requirements. Communication was superb and our Galbraith contact liaised directly with our Solicitor. As a result of the quality presentation we sold successfully, at above Home Report value, within a few days in a difficult market. Highly recommended!

It was quite a stressful process at times and absolutely nothing was a problem for Gil, she is always happy to help with any questions! Special mention to Pamela who helped with my last minute panic the day before we moved in! Would highly recommend this team! ????

Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Always on hand to answer queries or find answers. ( I had a few). Always patient. Always professional but most of all welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Thank you Baird Lumsden and all of your staff.

She explained the process of listing our property very clearly and the whole process of taking photos, video tour, advertising and viewings was explained in a straight forward manner. The office keep in touch on a regular basis. Stephanie is very approachable and is always on hand should any questions arise. She is very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Williamson and Henry.

It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.

Quiet hides and plenty of lovely benches to sit and think. Very helpful volunteer at the main office and I believe that boat trips to the castle are available when volunteers are available. Sadly not when we visited but that didn’t spoil our enjoyment
