1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)Didn't respond at the phone when you call them an you need to go more times to fix something. For example they have 3 weeks from when we start to tell them the heating is not working and we have a wall which properly can fall any time and can hurt someoane and the water flows every day in the kitchen.

6th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)I have tried to view a property with this estate agent and how they manage to sell any properties is beyond me. They took over a week for a response to my initial contact. They never arrived for the arranged viewing. No contact details out of office left when they never arrived. No explanation why they never arrived. I feel sorry for people trying to sell their home and paying thousands of pounds for their incompetence

7th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)12 week contract - no sale, changed agent 8 viewings with a sale in 2 weeks. no sale no fee but offered me a good selling fee
13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Virtually no communication unless I called them. 3 times I had to call to say the photos were in the wrong order on Rightmove.
8th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We started renting one of their properties, and they are really good with us. We had a problem with the boiler when we moved in, but they got it sorted ASAP. We've had no other issues and are happy in the house we live in. They have made sure all smoke alarms work and got us a brand new carbon monoxide alarm. We feel safe and sound.

31st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
