A great professional run company where customer service is right at the top of the list. I have been using ‘Affitto’ Letting Agents now for over 15 years. They are good value for money and as a fully managed property service I know my rental property is in very good hands and hassle free. I highly recommend Affitto managing agent to all private landlords!

10th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Fantastic, speedy and professional service. From making a call in May, I had Lisa come round straight away to offer a valuation to sell my house. She was professional and honest with a ‘let’s get things done’ approach which I really loved. Within a few days, she’d been and taken photographs which were great and drafted a description for me before it went on the market. On the very same day, two viewings were booked and by the end of the week an offer was made. Communication was clear and regular throughout and by 9th August, the sale was completed. I cannot recommend Joy Walker estate agents enough. Thank you so much!

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

5th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

From the day Callum came to view the property, through the advertising, negotiating, recommending local solicitor and the whole process in general the Meteor Homes team were brilliant. Always answered my queries promptly and willing to help. They just get the job done. Thank you guys.
13th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
