Steve was so helpful and carried out the appointment viewing of the property himself. The paperwork was completed and processed by the team in an efficient manner and the property was available to be moved in within a couple of weeks, once checks were carried out. I would totally recommend them as a reliable, trustworthy agent to deal with and we cannot thank you enough for the help you gave.

If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

Specifically, Joshua Cleveland, my property manager, has been overseeing a repair at my property for more than a month. He has consistently kept us informed with detailed updates and promptly responded to queries from both myself and the tenants, alleviating any concerns. Joshua is an outstanding manager whom I highly recommend.

Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents. I highly recommend renting a property through this agency, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Elisha. Thank you for helping me find my new home!

They looked after us amazingly and always kept in touch throughout the sale. I would definitely recommend using Connells for selling or buying a house.

However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay. He was a 100% supportive of the whole scenario and helped me out allot in making the process go faster. From viewing to moving in, it took only 6 days with all the process done with a huge help from Jay. I would definitely recommend Trinity Property and Jay. Thanks for all of your help.
