Very well established company, personal &local service which you wouldn’t get from larger corporates. 29th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)We were first time sellers but Connells made the experience very easy for us! Mike Holland was great, a seasoned pro. He persuaded us to pay the extra for the house to be advertised across a wider area, which I thought was a bit of a con at first, but then the house sold within two days from someone enquiring at the Salisbury branch, so there you go. We are terrible negotiators, but Mike has obviously had practice and liaised with the buyer so we all ended up with a great deal. We used Connell's recommeded solicitors who were fantastic, and didn't have anything else to do with Connells until moving day when they were, again, really helpful sending all the meter readings etc (we had already moved out). We will definitely use Connells again.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????- 29th Aug 2025 (23 weeks ago)We recently bought a house through Connells in Gillingham and it was a very smooth journey from start to finish. Max and Josh were always there to answer questions and to smooth out any bumps along the way, and we always felt they were working with us. We've had terrible experiences with some agents so they were a breath of fresh air. We trusted them the whole way and highly recommend :)

24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Although I have already sold we spoke about what connells do differently to other agents and I let him know that I would have been more than happy if he was the person selling my house. Will give the number on the card a call if i need.
