Originally went through them 10 years ago to set up rental agreement as a tenant and over the years they've handled tenant changes etc well. Recently been switched to them managing our rental rather than the landlord and have been very happy with the experience. Amye has been particularly approachable and helpful with queries and repair requests.

Her knowledge of the local market and how best to market the property helped to sell it within 3 weeks of it going on the market. I found her helpful and willing to take my views on board. She was quick to respond to any communication and kept me very well informed about the progress of the marketing and sale. I would recommend her to any other potential seller.

Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. The move in process was really smooth and easy, both Mark and Josh were informative and willing to help with all of our queries. We were very happy with the support Dixons gave us.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!

Matthew from outset exceeded service expectations and was the most professional and thorough sales negotiator of the three companies we approached. Tracey did an amazing job in progressing the sale, and our onward purchase too. All other staff, including Bethan and Elizabeth, were excellent too. There is a good feeling of teamwork in the office. Right from the time and attention they gave to the initial valuation, taking the photographs to putting the house on the market. They provided regular updates and were always quick to respond.
