6th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We found a wonderful bungalow (Valley View) for sale with D R Kivell and we were shown round with a lovely gentleman whose name was Geoff Lupton. At that time we were looking for a buyer for our house, with not much sign of a sale. Geoff kept in touch with us on a regular basis to keep us informed of any developments with Valley View and of course to see if there was any progress with our sale. Geoff was very happy to give us a 2nd viewing of VV, but sadly we were unable to conclude the purchase. We have nothing but the highest praise for Geoff for his courtesy, patience and professionalism and he is a great advert for D R Kivell.

Hannah has been fantastic from start to finish, including after having bought the property when we ran into some issues with energy supply, she was on the phone evenings and weekend going above and beyond. 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Great team!

14th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.

25th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Mark Kivell and his team, were brilliant from the beginning to the end whilst dealing with the sale of our Orchard and business. The initial valuation was very professional, yet friendly, and the fact that he had previously sold an Orchard a few years ago, to the fantastic drone footage, and feedback from him as well as his wonderful team. Even in these financially hard times, they achieved an above asking price offer, which proceeded very smoothly to the end. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, all.

We were kept informed every step of the way from viewings to offers and were always given good advice. Stags were willing to go the extra mile by checking on the property as we live some hours away and they even did the final meter readings for us - most appreciated! The staff were always welcoming whether in person or over the phone and we would highly recommend them.

He passed onto me a list of architects, one of whom is now assisting me with the best way to tackle the issue of creating parking. There was no gain for James to visit to him so I am very grateful.

Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.

This included clear advice so that I could understand my obligations, the necessary checks and inspections and the letting agreement itself. They did an excellent efficient job, communicating well with myself and tenants throughout the process and staying within their original budget estimate. They delivered great value for money and I can thoroughly recommend BOP to anyone with property to let in the Torrington area.
