24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I lived far away and they allowed me to take on my home via video viewing. Which was great. All my paperwork and checks were done smoothly and they were very helpful. Still rent from these guys and never have any issues.

Hannah has been fantastic from start to finish, including after having bought the property when we ran into some issues with energy supply, she was on the phone evenings and weekend going above and beyond. 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Great team!
14th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples: Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen! Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process! Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation recommending Kivells as a go-to agent for selling a property, service and staff are first class, thank you all!

We were kept informed every step of the way from viewings to offers and were always given good advice. Stags were willing to go the extra mile by checking on the property as we live some hours away and they even did the final meter readings for us - most appreciated! The staff were always welcoming whether in person or over the phone and we would highly recommend them.

Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.

Ellie has been really helpful throughout our tenancy and always answered and resolved any queries we had straight away. The whole process was really smooth and the communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

7th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have had such a poor experience with BLaK Property. If I look at a property online and I think it's suitable, then that's what I mean, I don't expect to be cut off and insulted by an estate agent. If this company wants to continue in business, I would suggest that the estate agents take a brief course on people skills. Landlords beware: this company will be representing you to potential clients. Do you really want to be represented by an organisation that treats people like this?
11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

Always polite and friendly and kept us updated with progress. The number of viewings was a little disappointing, but the property is in quite a rural area and not for everyone. This included clear advice so that I could understand my obligations, the necessary checks and inspections and the letting agreement itself. They did an excellent efficient job, communicating well with myself and tenants throughout the process and staying within their original budget estimate. They delivered great value for money and I can thoroughly recommend BOP to anyone with property to let in the Torrington area.
