They have always been proactive getting feedback after viewings and also helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of the sales. If we were to sell again we would have no hesitation using Squarerooms again. Highly recommend!
4th Nov 2025 (6 days ago)Everyone was professional, reliable and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble I particularly valued the sales Progression team input. Their communication and advice helped me though something I hadn't done before. They helped iron out hitches before they could cause a problem. I would highly recommend them
20th Oct 2025 (21 days ago)I can’t fault the staff at Entwistle Green Thornton. I always felt heard, looked after and understood as to what I wanted out of selling my house. The girls are lovely and friendly but they also have that perfect mix of professionalism that you need from an estate agent. They found a buyer pretty quickly and got the ball rolling. Their fees are reasonable compared to others in the area. I would highly recommend their service.

31st Oct 2025 (10 days ago)Communication okay, Simon and Emily were absolutely wonderful-others not so great! On one occasion we had a viewing that we made arrangements for and was called 10 minutes before to be cancel all because the agent was running late and mixed up her diary, was also super unprofessional! We have eventually sold for 10k lower than asked for but had 3 viewings in 8 weeks.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and they made sure everything went smoothly from viewing to signing the contract. I really appreciate their honesty and dedication — it made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Martin&Co and especially Abbie for anyone looking to rent!

The house layout plans were copied from a previous listing and incorrect plus I had modified the property in some areas. Insisted on doing the viewings but couldn’t make them at the time needed. Overall not very happy with the service provided.

1st Jul 2025 (19 weeks ago)Start to finish this was a great service! Using Hunters made the process so much easier, both Paul and Rebecca were exceptional in every way! From the initial consultation with Paul through to the final sale, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication was truly impressive. Their knowledge of the market was unparalleled, and their marketing strategy, including photography was incredibly effective. They kept us informed every step of the way, and their communication was always prompt and courteous. What really stood out, however, was their passion for selling our property. They went above and beyond to ensure that our house was showcased to its full potential, and their negotiation skills were second to none. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and will achieve a sale, look no further than Paul and the team at Hunters. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
13th Aug 2025 (13 weeks ago)Avoid using this company just cost me 2.5k and about 2months wasted was nearly ready to swop contracts and they changed buyers what a joke of company the house is full of damp and mould. All this for more money greedy that's all it is will never buy a house of you had the worst experience with this place. If anyone thinking of going with these trust me don't bother as they tell you the house is liveable get a savory in yo find it's not liveable at all woodworm thought-out raising damp. Avoid at all cost
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the very start, the team at Susan Eve made us feel comfortable and confident in using them to market our property - we then accepted an offer within a few days of going on the market and everything was handled excellently from there onwards. In particular, the team went above and beyond - chasing delays in our onward chain and passing updates on without us having to request this. I can’t praise Susan Eve enough and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell your house!

4th Nov 2025 (6 days ago)Against all odds, Harvey and the team pulled it off for me. I’ve tried to sell twice before and was unsuccessful of course. They suggested we ask the 2 prospective buyers if they wanted to improve their offers which was beneficial to me. They were always responsive and incredibly positive, even when I was getting frustrated at what I saw as the slow pace of the buyer. They were in it for the long haul and I’d use them again if I was selling.
21st Oct 2025 (20 days ago)Ruth is a rare find - an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and all round good estate agent. Although I decided to postpone my sale for a while, Ruth found me prospective buyers straight away. When I am ready to go I will be calling Ruth straight away!
3rd Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)They were instructed in Feb and the sale (if it actually goes through) won't complete until Dec/Jan. I was contacted by at least 7 different people and each time they dropped the selling price by at least £5k but more often £15k. I was finally persuaded to sell to a cash buyer, but guess what, another lie.... Buyer will be getting a mortgage so not the 6 weeks completion but more likely 12 weeks. I don't think any of the Let Property representatives who I dealt with told me the truth. I deeply regret ever contacting them and would not advise anyone to use them.
7th Nov 2025 (3 days ago)I wouldnt even rate 1 star. I viewed a property, got in touch with the office and completed the application process whilst still at the property. I was then dealing with tamira and was told I would be passed over to the property manager to proceed in renting. After a few days i hadn't heard anything back so I contacted the estate agents again. I was then told that the property manager is now away for a week. After 2 weeks of me waiting for a response, despite ringing and enquiring multiple times what was happening with the property, they eventually informed me that they had actually proceeded with someone else instead. I also had another viewing booked for another property, due to the lack of updates with the 1st and the urgency of needing to move. My appointment was pre booked with adelaide for the afternoon as I was travelling 3.5 hours via public transport to the viewing. No one arrived to the appointment and upon ringing the office to enquire where they were, they had informed me that no booking had been made & there must of been a mix up and there wasn't anything they could do. Wasting my time, effort and money. This compnay has a Sincere lack of professionalism and communication.
