6th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

13th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)From the first call to set up a valuer to come out, we were impressed by Kieran. His warm, genuine, professional manner blew me away. Then when David the valuer came to the property he sealed the deal and we knew we were going to use Allen and Harris. Davids sincerity and care for what he does shone through and he knows his properties inside out. He spoke complete sense and valued our property correctly based on facts and figures from surrounding similar like for like properties. His approach was a breath of fresh air as we have dealt with many other estate agents and been exceptionally unimpressed by their sales pitch and the nonsense they spoke. The entire process was fast, efficient, our property was on the market straight away, they organised the home report directly along with the solicitors quote. Then there is Paula the dark horse in the back ground who pulls the whole thing together adding her professional touch! Even the viewers were all qualified and no time wasters. A huge thank you to you all for selling our property in under one week. We could not rate this team and this branch highly enough!!!
2nd Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)From initial meeting with Stuart right through to the day I handed over my keys the service from Slater Hogg BishopBriggs was exceptional. After a very stressful couple of months with another agent Slater Hogg sold my property within 2 weeks of signing up which prevented me from losing out on my next house. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like I was always being given the best advice by Kim and her team. Im so grateful for everything and can’t recommend Slater Hogg enough!

28th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Countrywide have provided a great service and managed to sell our rental property within 3 weeks. I liked that they are advertising online but also still provide cards in their window for older generations who don't have smartphones. We were kept updated throughout the process with emails to let us know when viewings were taking place and were given updates as to how they went. I'm really happy we went with them.

13th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.

13th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Absolutely incredible professional service from Pacitti Jones from start to finish - they literally couldn't improve on anything. We had thought we would get quotes from three companies for selling our flat, but after reading reviews online for a few estate agents, decided to just go with PJ, based on other people's positive experiences with them. Paul, who came to value our flat, was really knowledgeable about this area, and combined his years of expertise with a reassuringly friendly and positive approach in everything. We wanted to take a few days to think things through and there was no hint of Paul trying to push us into anything - we just felt he was super respectful and kind to us throughout. When we decided to put our flat on the market, Shona became our point of contact and we can only describe her as completely outstanding in every way. She combines an air of supreme professionalism with an incredible personal touch, and we have been blown away by her personal commitment to every step of our selling journey. You have complete confidence that she will get the job done brilliantly. And we have to single out Shona's incredible comms for special mention - every email was responded to so quickly, she phoned regularly to keep us up to speed with everything, phoned in-between to see how things were going, and nothing was ever a bother. The PJ portal, where you have every bit of info about your property online, was fantastic, with upcoming viewings logged there, analytics from Rightmove, etc. The actual listing of our property on Rightmove was fantastic, too, with top grade photos and a 360 video - amazing. Our property sold within a week for a significant amount over the HR valuation, and the follow-up from Shona since then has been every bit as spectacular as before the sale. Honestly, after various house moves over the years, with some horrendous estate agent experiences of feeling nothing more than annoying to them and having to chase up literally everything, we can't recommend the Dennistoun team highly enough. It was a completely seamless experience from start to finish, and no wonder they have been awarded all these accolades - they seem to be an estate agent that is completely unique in their field, making the customer feel incredibly valued and important to them through every aspect of their operations. Way to go, guys, and thank you so much - biggest fans!
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Stefan at Batchelor estate agents was highly recommended to us from a friend of a friend to sell my house. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Stefan was very professional. As it was our first time selling he was clear and patient at explaining everything and was always available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and ensured that we were treated like a priority. He went out his way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from photographing, advertising my home, organising the home report and arranging viewings. He excelled at every step. His after sale help was also to the highest standard, explaining what happened next and answering any further questions. We would definitely use Stefan in the future if ever selling again and recommend him to anyone who is selling their home. He made what could have been a stressful difficult time very enjoyable.
17th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
