1st Aug 2024 (10 mo. ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful guiding me through the process. Special mention to Grace who from the beginning has kept me informed of documents required and viewing feedback. I wholly recommend Beercocks Estate Agents.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area
16th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)First Rate Estate Agents! To be honest, at the time of picking our agents we did think there was much to differentiate between the three 'finalists'. This turned out to be totally wrong... the service from Bannisters was exceptional, well exceeding our expectations from start to finish! Frequent update calls showing they had been working hard in the background chasing all parties involved without rest (Ian in the sales office being the main driving force it seemed)! In the end, the fees turned out to be very reasonable considering the work they actually put in to the sale of our Dad's bungalow. Many Thanks!

22nd May 2025 (30 days ago)We bought our house through Limb and they were fabulous. Bryony was great at keeping us up-to-date on progress and collecting the keys was very easy. We completed yesterday and today there was someone here to collect the agency signs. They really looked after us on moving day and they were friendly and helpful throughout.

14th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)The process was long and I had to keep asking what was happening During the viewing, we received no feedback until I called them. No communication in between and no work done to try and sell the property. The photos of the house were poor .

24th May 2022 (3 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan

Also they are very quick in sorting any problems out with properties which makes for good tenant relations

3rd Jun 2025 (18 days ago)We had put in an offer on a house in November2024 the offer had been accepted then 4 days later after we returned home early from a wedding to sort out the mortgage etc the home owner who turned out to be the director/owner of wigwam homes withdrew the acceptance because he had received a cash offer. Did not care about the money we had already paid out for mortgage brokers or surveys which we had to then spend hours trying to get back to add insult to injury he did not even have the minerals to call us himself he got one of his minions to do it. Feel sorry for the people who work under this person doing his dirty work as I'm sure they do the best job they can whilst working for this money grabbing tyrant. If you choose this company remember the money is all that matters not morals principles or customer service. would recommend anyone who is thinking about using this company to buy or sell a home to run a mile.

Thank you to all the staff at Rezee for all their support, communication and understanding impeccable service from start to finish.

While we would have liked to arrange a second viewing to look everything over again ourselves, in the end, everything worked out as it should, and Kyle resolved many of our doubts throughout the entire purchasing process. He was also helpful with a few questions about the house's operation afterwards. I also appreciate the ladies in the office who allowed me to wait there for a while on the key collection day and offered me a cup of tea.
