21st Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.
5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Having bought and sold houses previously we are not inexperienced in the process. We went with Flick & sons because they said that they send all their sales people round to view the property so they would know what they were dealing with when selling it. We thought this was a good idea even though they were not the cheapest estate agents. Unfortunately this was not the case and we had at least 3 agents show people around who we had never seen. On one occasion the agent never even turned up so we ended up showing the prospective buyer around ourselves!! The original photos taken along with the description was not particuarly good so had to be re worded and touched up. We did ask if there was any leeway on the fee due to the problems encountered but were bluntly refused. Although Mathew, Millie and Sabrina were helpful I would definitely NOT recommend Flicks and Sons!

As we are new to the area, we requested a recommendation for a surveyor and removal company, who were both excellent. We always appreciated their good communication, and Stuart Clarke attended an extended time second viewing for us at our request.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

10th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agents to sell our property. They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.
