The process was made very simple by them with Dee showing me the property (friendly and professional) through to sitting with Oliver who took me through the paperwork taking the time and effort to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood. Druce took all the pressure and stress out of what is one of the most stressful things you could encounter. Thank you.

It took me 4 months to find the right house to buy and Neil held the sale together for 6 months so I didnt lose my buyer! Neil kept on top of everything and everyone I spoke to in the office was courteous and efficient. I woukd use Haart again and highly recommend them.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
