As in you would think with you wanting to purchase from them they would be more responsive? Nope. Great houses for purchase etc but absolutely woeful with communication.

One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. After having a bad experience with a high street chain estate agents I decided to change to DMS which turned out to be a great decision.
