18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Recently, I had a negative experience with Estate Agency 349 Woodchurch Road, Prenton, Merseyside, CH42 8PE, regarding the sale of a house. I do not recommend them due to their extreme inexperience, unfriendly demeanor, slow response times, irrelevant questioning, excessive interference, and lack of understanding regarding legal requirements. I informed them that I could provide a completion letter and proof of address of where I live currently when necessary, but they seemed unaware of these basic requirements. Overall, I would advise against dealing with them as it was a waste of time.

27th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)Overall we were satisfied with the service we received. We were kept informed at all stages and got answers to our questions. Venmore were the second estate agent we engaged as very dissatisfied with the first - we were not disappointed this time.

5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used entwhistle green maghull when selling our mum and dad's house .We have been very happy with the excellent service we received from all the staff.We could not have wished for more throughout the process.We met Sarah who was always pleasant and professional.Georgia has also been very professional happy and has been our main support, always keeping us up to date replying to our many phone calls and emails, and helping us through any problems we encountered.Sam too was prompt when we needed advice and support.Thank you all staff we have been so happy with the care and attention we received.If in the future we ever need to sell or rent a property, we definitely would use entwhistle green again,we will be advising anybody we know to do the same.Thank you again Jan and Michael Sharrock, Paul and Maria Turner.

22nd Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.- 26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am going to be renting a property from Entwistle green shortly and Louisa from the Crosby office has been fantastic answering all my questions and has always responded so quick. Couldn't of asked for a better service.

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Firstly, I need to apologise that this took me so long to get done!! We moved house at the beginning of November and things have been pretty full on since then! Anyways, I have to say that during the ENTIRE process, Kate, Jess, Sally, and the rest of the team at North Wall were absolutely amazing!!! From the inital stages of getting our house on the market to the final move day!! Everything from their social media, communication, and all of the positive attitudes from all the staff in the office made the whole process so much more of a positive experience than I expected! Anyone who has bought and sold knows how stressful it can be and everyone at North Wall knows this and they acknowledge this throughout the whole process: getting excited with you, and keeping you sane when things are challenging! I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if i was to move again (I certainly won't be...hahaha!) then I would 100% use Kate and the team again. Fantastic company to deal with and absolutely wonderful people! Thank you all so much!!!
