30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

30th Jun 2024 (27 days ago)The guy showed us around, so we arranged a second viewing for a family member to come and take a look from a tradesman's perspective. However, he didn't show up. We called him, and he said he forgot and kept saying he wouldn't be long. We waited outside the house for 45 minutes but eventually left. Very unprofessional
