We were selling our first home and it was actually John who was the estate agent when we originally bought the property around 12 years ago. He worked for another firm then but we had always remembered him and the fantastic service we received which was one of the factors for choosing Houseclub. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the assistance of a number of staff at Houseclub in relation to the sale and also viewings of other properties whilst we were choosing our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houseclub to friends and family who are looking to sell.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

9th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Old lady on phone wasn’t very helpful and unprofessional customer service skills she needs to be trained how to be polite and understand and help a customer instead of saying right and giving awkward answers and saying let’s not get ahead of each other which I asked was a simple question I was promised a call back and was wondering what was going on I didn’t know it was that hard
