11th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

From day one when I met Holly and saw how professional she was at the valuation I was certain they were the right agent to choose. Holly and the team have been so good throughout the process particularly the house photography and marketing. They found a buyer in 48 hours!! I heartily recommend them. Thanks
4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Starting positively Georgina is very nice and as I see it, there to keep the customers on side. Johnathan was very confident in his company when selling it to me as the “company to use to sell my home” however that's where my confidence ended. First off we are in a sensitive position (separation) hence the reason for selling our house. I advised Johnathan of this and requested the photographer to attend when I was there as not currently living there and I work shifts. With a convenient time agreed all way fine. However a photographer attended the next day and which we wasn't expecting, so advised him to return on the appointment date . We the had a lack of communication issue with Francesca (terrible for replying) in which Georgina called and apologised when I contacted for the 3rd/4th time. The third issue was the for sale board. it took almost 6 weeks to be put up at the entrance to the estate and also one on the garden, when I specifically requested not to put one. The final straw was the lady doing the viewing of the property when she stated the way to the property was horrendous to get to for her using her Sat Nav (recorded saying on my ring doorbell). Reades had got 1 viewing secured after almost 3k clicks on Rightmove and 1 other viewing who cancelled due to the property not being closed enough to Northop Village. The one viewing from Feb - May they had they put the buyer off. So after 3 1/2 months, as you can imagine....no sale. Very disappointing service from Reades, then the audacity to request us to drop the price because they don't have the sales skills they advise when they want your business . I wouldn't recommend and avoid in future. I'm gutted really because had faith initially in Reads, if only they put as much effort into selling my house as Johnathan put into selling his business to me, my house would be sold by now. I'm disappointed in this. Use other Estate agents instead to avoid wasting your time on a stale agent. 1 star is me being generous.

They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!
10th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)The team at Changing Hines were friendly approachable and on the ball. The predation of the house including the video recording was excellent. They valued the house in the correct price bracket which we got and also their costings were very reasonable. 16th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Monopoly communication was good. Whoever I contacted them, they responded promptly. They were happy to come to my home when I wished to discuss things with them. When there were enquiries from people wanting to view, they phoned me to discuss a convenient time & date, then followed that up with a text & email, & on the day of the viewing, reminded me again by text & email. The viewings were followed up with a phone call & also an email giving feedback.

They generated a lot of interest in our previous home, enabling a buyer to be quickly found. They also supported us with the overall transaction from the initial point of their involvement, right through to occupation in our new home. Olivegrove have also provided me with a very professional rental management service for many years, delivered by their helpful and friendly team in a diligent manner. I can truly recommend Olivegrove without reservation.

The whole team are professional, consistent, friendly, I was kept informed all the way, even if there's nothing to report I would get a call to assure me they are chasing any issues. My husband and I have moved house a few times over the past 25 years, but this is the first review I have wanted to leave as the whole team were just amazing and helpful, by far the best Agent I have dealt with!! My main contact was Sammie who is a legend - Thank you!! If you are considering Keystone - don't..... just do it, you won't regret it!!!

Nothing was too much trouble and whenever I had any questions Josh helped me straight away. Being completely clueless to it all, Josh put me at ease and made sure everything was dealt with very efficiently and correctly. Can't recommend enough.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. We went with Matthew at Currans because he was so enthusiastic about the property and he gave us a detailed assessment of how he had valued the property which was really appreciated. The property sold quickly due to the excellent way it was presented. We were very happy with Matthew and the Curran’s Team.
