Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

There was however a particular incident where one of their agents didn't properly put the phone done and then complained to a colleague about having to go back again to a buyer for a counter offer (for something that transpired to be down to their own mix up). The language used was significantly rude and unprofessional but the company have dealt with this internally and apologised. Hopefully a one off individual issue.

Only had 1 viewing in 6 months and this person had already viewed the house with a previous agent. They didn't even have their house on the market.Bowen had no idea of this person's buying situation .

We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
