29th Aug 2024 (15 days ago)Do not go to this agency. They would not care to fix the problems within the property even if it would lead to health and safety issue. They would only treat nice to get a room with them. After that, I was left with an absolute negligence no matter how serious the maintenance issue is, even if it becomes a threat to your safety.

19th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I would not recommend Beresford Adams. They only contacted me twice in 16 weeks. We had no viewings. They said the market was slow and we not in a hurry to sell. Now we have to wait another 14 days for them to do a final notice. What is that? Before we can to another estate agent.no

Tom, who visited the house initially, explained everything we needed to know. Both Carol and Rhydian, who I spoke to in the office couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. 18th Mar 2024 (26 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
16th May 2022 (2 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

7th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I got a viewing of a flat for sale in Rhyl on the day I was visiting from Chester. Very well run and professional estate agents, recommended. Have a look at all the properties for sale in the window while walking from the train/bus station to the front.

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
8th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)I started off by writing a very long piece detailing the amazing experience I had with Pete and Nikki at Enfys Estates, but, I deleted it, because all I really need to say is........if you're thinking of putting your property on the market, you have to go with Enfys. Not being my first rodeo, I think I'm in a position to say that Pete and Nikki make a fabulous team - hard working, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive - providing a five star service in every way.

5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
