23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)As an example of poor communication I left a voicemail for the accounts department, followed by email to the valuer which was forwarded to the accounts dept but after a week I have had no response.
29th Apr 2024 (0 days ago)They give you all the usual patter that they will do everything they can but when push comes to shove they don’t do half of them thing, they certainly did nothing to want us to stay with them. Would not recommend

5th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Not sure what to say, except communication is very bad and we were new to Masons and thought we would give them a go. Kind of regret that now. They get paid to do a job not just put up boards and collect customers like a coin collector collect ts coins.

31st Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . We're not quite there yet (our fault), but Drew has said he'll keep us abreast of any properties that come up within our criteria, as soon as they do. We can't recommend him highly enough - for a young person, he has a great demeanour and enthusiasm which we've found lacking elsewhere. If you're looking to move to, or within the area, make Drew your first point of contact and let him help you get the ball rolling! NG & KH, Leicestershire.

I felt like my property was as important to them as it was to me. They also assisted in my new purchase. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

They always got back to me, either by email or phone, they helped with solicitor's queries when I didn't understand. They constantly chased the buyer when things seem to fall quiet. I have no problem recommending them, bigging them up, supportive, efficient. Selling a house can be one of the most stressful things and they made it a whole lot easier. If Carlsberg did Estate Agents!
