23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)As an example of poor communication I left a voicemail for the accounts department, followed by email to the valuer which was forwarded to the accounts dept but after a week I have had no response.

27th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)DDM came out and gave a valuation in line with the others we asked for quotes. We were impressed with their efficiency and they gave us a good price for the sale. They have communicated well throughout the process. Our house is a bit quirky and so took longer to sell - no fault of theirs. Good all round service.

22nd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)The rental team were very unprofessional, I found the communication awful. Not returning calls, messages not passed on etc. I asked questions regarding the property to which I already knew the answer and was flabbergasted when I was not told the truth, then when challenged the staff member became very defensive and aggressive in her tone. Whilst I appreciate this young member of staff may not be skilled in customer service I felt her conduct was inexcusable. The staff would benefit from professional help with customer service in particular the younger team members.

22nd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)This company listed our property without making any contact with us whatsoever, yet claimed to have spoken to me. They advertised the property at the wrong price with a very poorly written description. They even had the cheek to claim that we had an open house on the following week! All of this without any of our knowledge/permission. I am at a loss as to how to understand such underhand deceitfulness. Our advert has now been taken down and we have still not received an apology or anything.
