Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

31st Aug 2021 (2 years ago)I’m afraid I wouldn’t use Enfield again Poor communication and they spoke to us as if they were doing us a favour trying to sell our house Don’t usually write poor reviews as we are not negative people However feel it is only right to share our experiences- 1st Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor. We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

2nd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)What i didnt like about Park Row was that they wanted to keep reducing my house value each week, I didn't let them, but I felt pressured to do so. As soon as my contract was up I changed estate agents and my house sold quite quickly for what I wanted. Communication was good however.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. 26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Were brilliant from start to finish in helping us buy our dream house. Went out there way to show us round and fit us in a late viewing. Were very good at pointing out all the highlights of the property we might have missed on first viewing and weren't pushy at all. Did a great day of sorting out a day of viewing other properties at our request and created a easy to manage schedule with very friendly agents. When came to purchase the house they were quick to respond to all messages and were a great link to the developers and helped guide us to get something that suited both parties. Did a great job in moving in day to get us over the line linking in closely with solicitor, developers and smoothing over last minute issues. Thank you very much Leanna and Jordan
