Enquired for a house to let, viewied it with Steven, he was lovely and professional, got accepted for the house, paid a holding deposit, then we had a complication with my partner, which we sorted. Damien was now dealing with our letting who told us about our complication. I've just seen the house has been re-listed and I had no update, I phoned the on the deadline day Damien gave me for an update and I was told by Ruby 'he's on his lunch he will phone you back' I had no call back, no voicemail, no email, nothing, and now I see my house I paid a holding deposit on has been re-listed, absolutely fuming!!

He went above and beyond his actual responsibilities navigating the sometimes difficult and challenging process with all involved parties and never once used the line ‘it’s not my job’ Our sincere thanks to James for his unwavering professionalism, organisation and patience that ultimately led to a successful sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cornerstone Leeds as an Estate Agency who clearly employ amazing staff that genuinely put customer care & their customer needs first- 9th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)Alona Svare has been dealing with our house purchase and obtaining the mortgage. 6th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)Rebecca Farnell was so helpful & friendly. She went above and beyond for us and ensured our move-in was smooth. Overall experience with bridgfords was great.
5th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 25th Dec 2025 (26 days ago)Rebecca Alison and the team at Reeds Rains made selling a house a pleasure. 6th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)If you're selling a flat in Leeds city centre DO NOT choose any other estate agent. Honestly Martin and Co are the best of the best. I was initially recommended by a friend who also had a great experience and they did not disappoint. Kate was awesome. I never thought having photos taken for a listing would ever be a fun experience but she made it so enjoyable. Then Ryan absolutely and utterly smashed it out the park for finding us a buyer and getting everything over the line incredibly quickly. Just genuinely lovely people doing a phenomenal job. Can't praise them enough, thank you Martin and Co.
12th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)Ultimately they got us the sale and we are thankful for this, however the overall experience was really poor, viewings being cancelled and us not being made aware, viewings booked in at times where the agent wouldn't have to do the viewing, really poor communication my wife was constantly chasing for information, I also feel if we had used an alternative agency we would have sold for slightly more.- 18th Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)We bought a house advertised by Martin&Co as they were the vendor estate agent in the sale. They were always polite and helpful by giving us occasional advice on how best to progress although they were not our agents.

Excellent service.- 22nd Dec 2025 (29 days ago)I have recently used Bridgfords for the sale of my house and I can't speak highly enough of them, particularly Debbie Denby. Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. If it wasn't for Debbie's proactive approach to the transaction it would not have completed when it did. Debbie went above and beyond to get the sale done and I could not be more grateful. Joe Wilson was also really helpful. They offer a really professional but friendly service and would definitely use them again and wont hesitate to recommend them to others.

10th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
