Enquired for a house to let, viewied it with Steven, he was lovely and professional, got accepted for the house, paid a holding deposit, then we had a complication with my partner, which we sorted. Damien was now dealing with our letting who told us about our complication. I've just seen the house has been re-listed and I had no update, I phoned the on the deadline day Damien gave me for an update and I was told by Ruby 'he's on his lunch he will phone you back' I had no call back, no voicemail, no email, nothing, and now I see my house I paid a holding deposit on has been re-listed, absolutely fuming!!

5th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 21st Jan 2026 (19 days ago)Sold my house with Reeds Rains Castleford really good service & professional I was kept well updated at all points of tge sale. 6th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you're selling a flat in Leeds city centre DO NOT choose any other estate agent. Honestly Martin and Co are the best of the best. I was initially recommended by a friend who also had a great experience and they did not disappoint. Kate was awesome. I never thought having photos taken for a listing would ever be a fun experience but she made it so enjoyable. Then Ryan absolutely and utterly smashed it out the park for finding us a buyer and getting everything over the line incredibly quickly. Just genuinely lovely people doing a phenomenal job. Can't praise them enough, thank you Martin and Co.

10th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

He has excellent knowledge of my village and the local area which I believe was a contributing factor in the sale of my property. Rob was friendly and professional at all times.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
