23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

Connor took us for a couple of viewings before we found the ONE with all the right sound bites- ideal location in central Dunstable, Historical building beautifully restored and fitted out and very reasonably priced. The whole Lettings team including Hannah and Regan also played a big part in keeping in touch, sorting out the Admin work and settling me in. Very authentic in their timely communication, chasing up enquiries and thoroughly nice Real Estate professionals to deal with. Thank you Alexander’s.

16th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)If every estate agent was like Luton branch of Northwood, estate agents wouldn’t have a negative reputation! We rent an older property, so have had numerous issues to report over the years. Not only is there always a prompt response, but also genuine concern, evidenced by follow-up calls until the problem has been resolved. My wife and I have had dealings with each member of the lettings team. Without exception, staff are courteous, friendly—and efficient. We get the impression that a happy atmosphere prevails in the office. Having recently met the manager, we think we know why!
18th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

10th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)I dealt with them for over 3 years, very organised and honest , they always responded very quickly when I had any issue. After leaving property my full deposite was given back to me and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for all your services and help.
13th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

17th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.
