The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.
29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

Gary, James and the whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and did an excellent job of selling our house.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept up to date, which made what can be a very stressful time feel so much easier.<br><br>A special mention has to go to the photographer. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our home beautifully. 27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I had seen a lot of negative reviews about Ideal Property but I chose to ignore the red flags because, with every review, they seemed to have a defence or explanation for what people had experienced. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand the seriousness of those reviews until I experienced it myself.<br><br>I genuinely regret the day I decided to become your tenant and I sincerely hope our paths never cross again.<br><br>I’m sure you may come under this review to defend yourself, just as you have responded to others. However, I hope anyone considering becoming a tenant or working with you will take the negative reviews seriously and not make the same mistake I made by dismissing them.<br><br>I can confidently say that my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when I first saw the numerous negative reviews.<br><br>I’m sharing my experience as a warning to others: please do your research, pay attention to the red flags and don’t ignore repeated negative experiences from previous tenants.<br><br>For me, this has been a serious wake-up call and I hope someone else can learn from my experience and avoid going through the same situation.
