5th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

19th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)As first-time buyers, our experience with this estate agency has been extremely disappointing and stressful. After viewing a property and having our offer accepted, we moved forward in good faith — instructing a solicitor and beginning our mortgage application. Despite repeatedly asking the agent, Sharukh, to mark the property as Sold STC, this was not done. We were told it would be updated after ID checks, which we completed promptly, yet the property remained listed as available online. During a second viewing, we encountered a very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation where the ashes of the previous owner were still present in the property. When we raised this concern, the response we received — suggesting we could “keep them and make tea” — was completely inappropriate and insensitive. Communication throughout was poor. Each time we called the office, we were told Sharukh was unavailable and would call back, which rarely happened. We then received a call informing us that another offer had been made and that the seller would decide. After that, we heard nothing further despite sending multiple follow-up emails over the course of a week. This experience has shown a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for buyers. We would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this agency.

He is always in contact with us keeping us in the loop with all what’s going on with the selling of our property, as well as searching for our perfect house and keeping his eye on the market for us. We have no doubt that he will find us our next dream house and that it will be smooth sailing along the way - thank you Charlie!

Our sales team were engaged and supportive throughout and we couldn’t have achieved our aims without them. Ken and Sasha were always at hand when we needed them and when times were difficult, always there to lend an ear and offer words of encouragement. Thanks
13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I would strongly advise people to avoid V&A Properties at all costs. In my experience, this company is not who they present themselves to be. I have had a property with them since the 1st of April. From the beginning, I was pressured with constant phone calls to sign the contract and tenancy agreement. There were known issues with repairs in the property, but I was told that tenants were happy to decorate and accept the condition, which led me to proceed with signing the tenancy agreement. We went ahead and installed brand new appliances through Currys — including a washing machine, fridge, electric hob, and oven. We even paid an additional fee for professional installation, all completed and signed off by Currys installers. However, two weeks later, I was informed that the property was “not certified” and that tenants could not be placed there. When I asked what exactly was not certified, I was told that the cooker needed to be a freestanding unit. Without consulting me or getting my approval, they arranged for an electrician to carry out work and then sent me a bill of £1,400. Their communication has been extremely poor throughout. They also claimed they had emailed me over the weekend and that I had agreed to pay for this work. When I questioned this, it became clear that the email had just been sent at that moment, yet they were trying to say I had already agreed. From my experience, this company operates unprofessionally and without proper communication. They made decisions without my consent and then expected me to cover the costs. Please avoid this company if you can and look for a more reliable estate agent. I am now seeking legal adviceCountry Properties - Flitwick

She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, making sure everything was in order and running smoothly. From the very beginning, Mariam paid close attention to every detail and guided me through each step with professionalism and care. I truly appreciated her dedication and responsiveness, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive agent.

They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I have scheduled an appointment with Taylor's estate agents for 16:00pm yesterday. Finished work at 14:30pm and rushed home to change and get a shower pick up my kids and then go to the appointment on time. Waited for 20 minutes for the agent to show up however he didnt even apologise for being late. Apparently they scheduled 4 slots all for 4pm although we had to enter and view the house 1 by 1. Anyway after i entered the house i was absolutely shocked by what i have witnessed. It was something i have never seen before not to mention that the agent was late 20 minutes but the state of the house was mild to say disgusting and filthy. The toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Both the sink and the bath were covered in dirt and bodily leftovers. There was a mold leftover on the sides of the bath which hasn't been properly removed but a new layer of silicone had been applied on the top of the unresolved mold underneath. One of the bedrooms appeared with mold on all the seals and the wall by PVC was falling apart. Not to mention the cobwebs and the died flies and spiders. Went to the other bedroom same situation after which i asked the agent if there is any particular reason for the state of the property and expressed my concerns to which he replied oh its just a dirt needs to be cleaner and i said im sorry but thats filth and mold not being properly maintained, and mold underneath a new layer of silicone. I alsed the representative if he thinks that is an appropriate state to present and advertise a property and he replied its all right just needs to be cleanerld by you like its my job to clean the property before moving in. Its the same when moving out if you leave a mess you'd have taken from your deposit thus the need to leave the house in appropriate (clean) state. In overall quite disgusting experience that im not planning to repeat again with that agency. Wouldn't recommend it at any costs. Nevertheless the unprofessional agent coming late but with high quality dress code a suit a tie and having his hair all tight up, but didn't bother to appear on time or tidy the property on a satisfactory standards. I almost forgot to mention that i spend the whole day calling and emailing them enquiring to receive a confirmation of the schesuled appointment and an exact adress. The estate agents lack ability,professional,demeanor and conduct. Incompetent and shouldn't practice at all. One of the worst i have encountered.
