It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

Didn’t have many issues with the property but when we did, the team were responsive and quick to address. The team were always friendly, and the checking in/ out of the property at the start/ end of tenancy was a positive experience. Thank you Alex Crown!

They rented it very quickly with minimal viewing inconvenience and were incredibly efficient and professional at every step, from initial meeting to photos, viewings, move in and management. Fully reccomend!<br><br>Kirsty stood out from the start for her energy, attention to detail and clear recommendations backed up by local market data. The listing and photography were excellent, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Freya was brilliant at keeping the practical details moving, from arranging the inventory and chasing paperwork to coordinating access and the key handover.<br><br>A big thank you too to Nicola for sharing the incredibly thorough inventory report and following up after move-in, and Joanne Sargeant for taking care of the utility and council notifications. Clear communication, helpful advice and real care over the details. Thank you all so much!

Having to sell a house that has been in a family for many years could have been a very stressful experience but was made so much easier by their professionalism, empathy & understanding. Special mention to Charlie who was always so quick in responding to any messages/concerns i had, always keeping me up to date with everything.<br>I would highly recommend this family run company.

I really appreciated you both making yourselves available at short notice to deal with the situation. Your knowledge and experience are second to none. I felt very comfortable taking the tenant to court, and I was even able to recover my court fees. I would highly recommend the landlord support service.

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)If I could give a minus 100 rating I will. I rented a flat with ideal property In 2025. Wanted to leave the property this June 2026 due to family emergency and I had to relocate to Italy to look after my mum. I understood this might be an early termination of my contract and had to give a 2 months notice. However I gave a 1 month notice. First of all I request for the landlord number from them to discuss my case in which ideal property refused which is understandable. However I called the landlord and explain things to him where it was a struggle for him to understand. Long story short, we agreed for a move out date, I paid the rent for the months I lived completely as agreed with landlord and left the house CLEAN. Ideal property went to the house the next day to inspect it and the only issue raised was it needed some painting. I accept for some money to be removed from my initial deposit and for them to give me the rest. TWO weeks past. Within this two weeks I called for update to give my deposit the only answer I got was they are waiting for a painter quote. Two weeks later I got a call from them saying there is cockroach in the house from second inspection and it was my fault and they will not return my deposit. I went to the office asked them y was this not reported during the initial inspection and y was I informed only two weeks later of a cockroach infestation and how is that my fault as there was no cockroach while I was living there. This people want to hold my deposit for absolutely no reason. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING A PROPERTY WITH IDEAL PROPERTY AND REMEMBER TO TAKE PICTURES OF ANYTHING. Also communicate with them only via email for evidence and if they call u record the phone call. This people are evil.<br><br>you said i left it in a bad condition.(I have proof of photos of the condition i left the property.) EVIL people. You will recieve your reward from Allal. I agree with the landlord to pay £800 which was the house rent agreed. I even apologise to you guys for the short notice period and was agreed to pay that amount. Yet you said i left with rent unpaid.

They were excellent at arranging and conducting the viewings, and they found a great buyer. “Kayleigh “especially did a wonderful job arranging viewings as per my availability and always been very flexible and professional . Taylor’s estate agent A professional local team that gets the job done. I recommend them for my grinds and family .
