2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rented my property through Savills in Sunningdale for more than 40 years, and throughout the whole time was very impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Special praise goes to Alison Withers and to Leah Cyprus, who were my primary contacts and to whom I am greatly indebted.- 21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We wanted to say a big thank you for all the help, support and guidance given to us by Doug and Joe during our recent purchase. We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. In particular, Jonny whose advise and knowledge getting the house on the market was invaluable, and also Willow for her hard work keeping the sale process moving after we'd accepted an offer. Both were brilliant at keeping up regular communications with us so that we always felt in the loop. A huge thank you to you both and the whole team!

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave me practical advice that really helped me understand what I could realistically afford.<br><br>I really appreciated that he took the time to go through my income and borrowing options with me and never made me feel like just another customer.<br><br>In my opinion, Luke is the best mortgage advisor in Leighton Buzzard. 8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

The service was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the valuation process.<br><br>A special shout out to Nick Forsyth, the Director, who went above and beyond. His knowledge of the local property market was outstanding, and he took the time to provide a thorough, honest, and accurate valuation of my home. Nick explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress free.<br><br>It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nova Estate Agents to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional estate agent. Thank you, Nick, for doing such an amazing job!
