From start to finish Lee has been extremely helpful throughout the process from booking our first viewing to receiving our keys! All questions have been answered promptly and has been happy to help us throughout. Would strongly recommend his services to anyone selling their house!

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.
23rd Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

The new manager apologised for their poor performance which was appreciated. I would not recommend them to sell a property on the Isle of Sheppey.

12th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)We weren't able to get the property BUT i still want to say that out of all the agencies that we used to book house viewing, this is the only one that made a great impression. SARAH listened to what we had to say esp the unique circumstance we had; showed the property and explained it well unlike the other agencies where agents just let you go around but not tell you anything about the property they're showing or once you tell them the circumstances they just refuse to book you for a viewing, Phoenix is not like that. Our circumstances were different as we were looking for a home for our best friend who's moving from another country with 3 little kids and Sarah was the only one compassionate enough to entertain us. She is a great asset to the company! For that alone i'm giving a five star! Thank you! Update: THE WHOLE TEAM IS AMAZING! Sarah, Claire, Lee, Masoud etc. (Hope i'm right with the names) are all extremely helpful. We missed the first house we viewed but a few days later we got a call that they have another property if we were interested, it's a newly refurbished 3 bedroom it wasn't even on the website yet and they helped us all throughout the process until my bff finally moved in. Very good communication and very patient and understanding team!

He gave excellent advice and was happy to listen to us. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that we greatly appreciated his prompt and appropriate communication skills. He was always there in person, on the phone or by email when necessary. I would have no hesitation in using this agent again and highly recommend him.
