3rd Jul 2025 (7 days ago)Had been looking at lettings with some other estate agents and struggling for any replies on properties. C R Real Estate was amazing in comparison! Tia called me within minutes of reaching out on rightmove. I got constant and quick communication from herself and Sue. I’m now happily in my dream house thanks to their professionalism and support. They continue to communicate and help with even the smallest of things. Repairs get done very quickly and with good tradesmen. They have made my life so much easier and made moving smooth and tailored to what I needed. I don’t plan on moving again but if I did, I would 100% stay with this company.
12th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)The worst about this agent is that they lie. Lie about lack of problems with property, communication with vendor. We have ended up conned, lost money on searches and survey as they didn't act in the good faith. Deliberately mislead us to the point that I consider reporting it to ombudsman.

She was knowledgeable about the property and the local area, and she took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly! Lacey made the whole viewing experience comfortable and informative. I appreciated her genuine, helpful attitude and would happily recommend her to anyone!!
29th Aug 2024 (10 mo. ago)As the song says ...... You're simply the best, Better than all the rest Fiona and Avril couldn't fault them for anything, constantly on the ball. Questions , worries, solicitors you name it all dealt with swiftly and truthfully no sugar coating in any way only the truth given by both so you new exactly where we were at all times. They are a great team that we would highly recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell. Thank you both so much.

She provides outstanding service, maintaining clear, open, and transparent communication throughout the viewing process. Her excellent interpersonal skills make the experience both pleasant and refreshing. The viewing was thorough and unrushed, allowing for a comfortable and informative experience. Additionally, her in-depth local knowledge proved invaluable. Overall, a fantastic service!

Even throughout countless unnecessary delays caused by the solicitor at the bottom of the chain (Premier Property Lawyers) who I feel I have a duty to name and shame as a warning to anyone tempted to use them, Rae worked tirelessly to keep the chain moving forward. The level of service was exceptional in comparison to other estate agents I have dealt with in the past who only make you feel as though you are another sale for their books. I would definately use them again and we have already recommended them to friends. Thankyou so much to the whole team for making our move possible.

Despite it not being their role, they effectively became my primary point of contact, providing invaluable support from start to finish. I am deeply appreciative of their commitment and highly recommend their services.

27th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)Contacted Dreams to arrange a viewing on a property we had seen on Rightmove. Appointment was booked & I was given detailed information about the property so we could decide if we still wanted to view it. The property had structural issues but Dreams were very transparent about them. We did the viewing & Andrew was very friendly but professional & had the answers to our questions which is rare with some agents & the viewing was not rushed. We were also promised some photographs which were emailed to me that afternoon. Dealing with Dreams was a pleasure & would definitely recommend them & other agents could learn from this company.

Who had to manage the whole chain on my behalf. Nothing was too much for them, all problems and delays were discussed proactively and a solution sought.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
